Winter Parking Ordinance

NOTICE TO ALL ROCK VALLEY CITIZENS: Beginning November 1 to April 1 there will be NO PARKING allowed for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM on the city streets. The fine will be $20 per night for those in violation of this city code.
